How We Can Help:

  • Designing a new site for you
  • Redesigning your existing site
  • Making technical improvements
  • Improving your search engine optimization
  • Logos, business cards, letterhead
  • Web marketing and communications strategy

How we work:

We follow a clear work strategy to suit your business and personal design needs. Our work process involves the following main steps:

  • Requirements Analysis – we will ask you all the right questions at the right time to paint an accurate picture of the scope and requirements. Of course, we encourage you to ask us questions. This kind of discussion brings forth a much more solid framework for proceeding with any project.
  • Conceptualization – We will be happy to work with an existing concept. Alternatively, you can give us complete control of the creative part of the design – including concept and copywriting. We typically produce several mockups and place these online for you to review.
  • Design – Once the concept is finalized, we produce it using standards-compliant HTML code and CSS. We validate all our code, and stand behind both the visual and technical integrity of our work. We may also use PHP, Flash (including ActionScript), and JavaScript if appropriate and useful. No unnecessary bells and whistles!
  • Approval – When the project is near completion, we request your approval and full review.
  • Handover – Once approved, we hand over the final product to you for use. In case of a website, this would mean going live. If you have us redesign your site, this would involve backing up your old site files before replacing them with the new design, moving e-mail accounts over, and switching domain names to your new host if applicable. We handle the whole transition and work with your hosting provider(s) to make it as smooth as possible.
