Marathon Development Inc. specializes in development consulting services for housing communities. Marathon staff have been responsible for the acquisition, financing, due diligence and syndication for over 4,200 low income, market rate and senior housing units valued at over a half billion dollars. After being referred to us by one of our previous clients, they asked us to redesign their site and imbue it with life and color. We culled renderings from their image collection and used these as inspiration for the color scheme. The site also features a gallery of photos of completed and ongoing projects.
In January 2007 we were asked to redesign their site again, to keep it up to date with their ongoing marketing efforts and materials. Since then their in-house staff took over the site management, and it has been overhauled.
