The Harley Hula Company offers specialized luxury travel services and needed to upgrade its site to a content management system (CMS). We converted the old site to Joomla by copying the old text and images into the new site, hosted on a new server. We handled migrating the email addresses as well. The design remained more or less what it was before, with the exception of adding a welcome message to the Flash header and fixing broken links, badly scaled images, and so forth. The original layout was completed re-created from scratch so that the new HTML template would use valid HTML, which the previous layout did not. Using Joomla, Harley Hula is now able to update their own pages at will using a simple browser-based web page editor. The new site is also SEO-optimized, with keywords being automatically added in the page title and meta keywords area based on a given page's content. It is also set up with automated Google and Yahoo sitemaps.
